Meet the team

Jeanette started Squire Estates in 2002, her Estate Agency experience coupled with her commitment to customer service, communication with vendors, landlords and applicants both in and out of the office quickly makes everyone feel that they are getting the attention they deserve.

Jody has been with Squire Estates since 2007, previously our Property Manager, Jody has now been promoted to Property and Administration Manager.

She is responsible for overseeing and managing the lettings team, property management and the relationship with our landlords and tenants ensuring
that they are given the service and communication that they deserve.

Ashley is our Lettings Lister. Born and bred in Hemel Hempstead, he has an excellent understanding of the local area. He enjoys interacting with Landlords to give advice on rental properties and help them find the perfect tenant quickly.  From the initial contact to completion, he will be with you every step of the way.

Holly is currently on maternity leave after welcoming a healthy baby boy!

As a viewing clerk with a personality, Holly will competently show purchasers round our sales properties and provide any information that may be required.

At Squire Estates we don’t want to lose any sales once they have been agreed so Ellen spends her day looking after them. Keeping in close contact with both solicitors up to exchange and completion she updates our vendors and buyers every step of the way.

With a ton of customer experience and an eye for detail Katie carries out all our property inspections, providing Landlords with a six-monthly report with colour pictures of their properties.

Sam is a Senior Sales Negotiator at Squire Estates. Always smiling and helpful her role includes valuing new properties, accompanying viewings and providing regular communicating with vendors and purchasers.

With a number of years of both customer service and viewings experience you will be in safe hands on a viewing with Gina.

Cheryl joins us with a wealth of experience within property management and is an asset to the team. She handles all the HMO’s and assists the property management team with various other tasks.

Elizabeth is our dedicated Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Squire Estates. Enthusiastic and eager to assist, she is passionate about delivering excellent service and helping clients find their perfect rental home. With a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills, Elizabeth is committed to making the lettings process smooth and stress-free.

Alfie is our enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Squire Estates. With a keen interest in property and a strong commitment to customer service, he strives to help clients find their ideal rental home. Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn, Alfie ensures a smooth and professional experience for landlords and tenants alike

Heidi is a dedicated Sales Viewing Clerk at Squire Estates, bringing enthusiasm and a commitment to exceptional customer service. In her role, she assists clients through the property buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Heidi is passionate about helping individuals and families find their ideal homes in Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas. Her friendly and approachable nature makes her a valuable asset to the Squire Estates team.
