Squire Estates is proud to be the largest letting agency in Hemel Hempstead, currently managing over 730 properties in the local area. According to Rightmove statistics, we consistently let more properties than any other agent in the town.
As an independent agency, we offer landlords a comprehensive āone-stop shopā ā managing everything from marketing and administration to rent collection and full property management. All of this is handled in-house from our office in the Marlowes, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience.

Statistics show that tenants stay for longer in a fully managed property, and corporate
tenants usually insist on it. With the Squire Estates Property Management service, weāll look
after every detail of your rental property as if it were our own.
Whether youāre a landlord with one property or a large portfolio, weāll manage your rental
property with the utmost professionalism & integrity all from our office in Hemel Hempstead.
Full property management is a core element of our business. We have dedicated Property Managers and use Street as a reporting tool for maintenance issues to make sure that our tenants feel that they are looked after. We work with buy-to-let investors and homeowners who are relocating. Many of our clients have been with us for years and wouldnāt dream of going anywhere else.
Our Rent Collection service suits landlords that do not wish to be involved with the finance but may have their own builder that they wish to use for any repairs.
For your protection when using our Fully Managed or Rent Collection services we provide an initial set-up service for new tenants @ £720 (inclusive of VAT) this will include:
