We get properties the attention they deserve
We know how important it is to be able to present a property in a visually compelling way. For this reason, every single property sold through our books is given the superstar treatment, with professional photography, accurate floorplans and comprehensive property details printed onto its own A4 glossy brochure. We’re then ready to spread word of the property to our database and far and wide using online platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and PrimeLocation to get those enquiries flying in.

When it comes to sales, we maintain a more boutique approach, which allows us to get to know each property and client individually, and offer a service that best suits both buyer and seller. Our top-notch team of 8 are experts in the local area, so there are few requests they can’t handle.
We hold ourselves accountable
We comply with the guidelines of The National Association of Letting Agents (NALS) and The Property Ombudsman. We pride ourselves on maintaining those highest of standards for the benefit of our clients. We also use the SAFEAgent Client Money Protection Scheme to add an additional layer of security to deposits and transactions. No need to worry!
