In the almost two decades since our establishment in 2002 we have gained strong knowledge in what we can do to best serve our clients, as well as how our sky-high standards can help us stand out amongst other Hemel Hempstead estate agents. We’re independent

And we plan to stay that way. It gives us the flexibility to be competitive amongst Hemel Hempstead estate agents whilst not being held back by the bureaucracy of an umbrella company. We manage everything in-house

Over the years, we haven’t outsourced our processes, instead we have kept everything in-house to allow us to be by your side every step of the way and give you a one-stop shop. This enables us to form strong relationships with those who choose us, and knowing you so well means we can stay on top of things and communicate updates in the best way possible.

We get properties the attention they deserve

We know how important it is to be able to present a property in a visually compelling way. For this reason, every single property sold through our books is given the superstar treatment, with professional photography, accurate floorplans and comprehensive property details printed onto its own A4 glossy brochure. We’re then ready to spread word of the property to our database and far and wide using online platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and PrimeLocation to get those enquiries flying in.

We know each and every one of you

Being the Hemel Hempstead estate agent with the largest lettings portfolio on our books, there’s always a constant selection of high-quality options to view, and a consistent stream of interested parties through our door.

When it comes to sales, we maintain a more boutique approach, which allows us to get to know each property and client individually, and offer a service that best suits both buyer and seller. Our top-notch team of 8 are experts in the local area, so there are few requests they can’t handle.

We hold ourselves accountable

We comply with the guidelines of The National Association of Letting Agents (NALS) and The Property Ombudsman. We pride ourselves on maintaining those highest of standards for the benefit of our clients. We also use the SAFEAgent Client Money Protection Scheme to add an additional layer of security to deposits and transactions. No need to worry!
